We enjoyed our stay, and hope to go back in the near future! The real estate staff were extremely helpful, the condo was nice, peaceful and comfortable, and the scenic view of the ocean was great! I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.
We stayed 3 weeks. It was clean and the view spectacular, especially in the morning sitting in comfy recliner sipping tea. The Carrabelle Beach is close for morning walks.

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
The property was quiet (other than roadside noise). Grocery store was not good. Prices were like being in the airport. Shop before coming. No fishing is allowed and also LOTS of alligators. When we got back home we were charged a pet fee. We had not pets but we did have a few HUGE cockroaches that left black messes. I was willing to pick up the semi live bugs and flush them and call it a day but management of the property insisted it was “pet feces”. It was not. See photos. Overall will not return unfortunately.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear the local grocery store wasn’t what you expected, though unfortunately pricing and selection in the area are outside of our control. As our property is surrounded by natural Florida wildlife, it’s not uncommon to see an alligator nearby, though we understand this may have been unsettling.
Regarding the pet fee, our housekeeping team initially had concerns; however, once you reached out, we were happy to promptly refund the charge. While we were not made aware of any bug concerns during your stay, we take matters of cleanliness very seriously and addressed the situation as soon as it was brought to our attention. The issue has since been resolved, and we will continue to monitor the home to ensure everything remains in good condition.
We truly value your feedback and are sorry your visit wasn’t what you had hoped. We wish you the best in your future travels and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to host you
The condo itself was terrific. There were a few things that could have been better. Not enough dishes. Only 4 coffee cups and scarcity of pots and pans with silverware a little thin. Only things we disliked.

Thank you for the review, I'm sorry there were not enough dishes. That problem has been solved now. New pots and pans and more dishes. Thank you for letting us know.
It’s a beautiful condo with a very beautiful view. However, on our second day the AC stopped working. It was a Sunday afternoon and when we contacted the property manager about it, we were told that a technician wouldn’t come out because it was the weekend, and that we’d have to wait until the following morning. Techs show up around 11 am Monday. Indoor temp had been 83+ all night with a toddler and pregnant wife, not fun. Didn’t look like we were going to get any relief soon and it’s tough to enjoy the beach etc. without a place to bring the family back to, to cool down. We ended our stay a day early and by the time we left on Monday, the AC still wasn’t fixed yet. At this point, 5 days later, we still can’t get an answer back on whether a refund for our last day is available.
We found this place online when looking for an alternative to staying in Tallahassee for our Daughters graduation from FSU. The place was just as advertised, very comfortable, and about an hours drive to Tally. The condo has an amazing view and worked just perfect for our family of 4. There was a problem with the main TV not being able to stream anything. The unit we stayed in had a system deployed that is supposed to automatically erase any streaming service passwords that you enter, after you select a check out date. The bedroom TV worked fine but the main TV would not allow you to select the checkout date which was required in order to get to the main Roku streaming screen. We rebooted the TV and the Roku device without success. I was able to contact Patty after hours to see if she knew how to fix it. She offered to send someone out but we declined. This was not a major thing for us but I would suggest the owner leave instructions on how to resolve this in case others may be inconvenienced. Overall, this was a 5 star stay for us and thanks to the property management company for their ease of booking and communications leading up to our stay!
Just informative. The view from the condo is really nice. This is a quiet, small complex right on the water. There were a few owners present and they were nice. The primary bedroom is just yards away from Hwy 98, so a loud fan, sleep machine with headphones, etc. would be encouraged. We had all the utensils we needed for a two week stay. Grounds were nice with a small white sand beach. An umbrella, beach towels and sand toys were provided however we had to go to Dollar General and buy chairs. There is a nice table and chairs on the balcony that is wonderful for having coffee, etc. There is a pier you have access to where you can fish but didn’t see any fish caught while we were there. There are 2 Roku TVs but only one working ( I reported )so I downloaded a Roku remote to my iPhone, about $14 at Apple store. I think the front bedroom TV has a buffering issue, but my iPad worked fine in the front bedroom. We bought placemats at Dollar General for the glass table top, there are some plastic mats in a drawer but they looked like they were used for cutting boards. Due to dark lampshades, yellowish and burned out lightbulbs, I bought “daylight “ lightbulbs and replaced the burned out bulbs with the bright ones and it helped. One important thing…after your payment is made, you will receive a rental agreement that states you cannot put the AC lower than 73 degrees. If they catch you and the unit is damaged you will be charged for repair on the already seemingly compromised unit.
We enjoyed our trip to carrabelle! It was a wonderful condo and met all the needs! The only complaint I could have was the dust in the master bedroom. It could have used a quick run through cleaning and some of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them! But that was it and I didn’t mind it! The Fishing Pier was great for my husband! We have a 1.5 month old, so the water wasn’t an issue for us and we made the 10 minute drive to the public beach for the day! We had an issue with the lock but the landlord was quick to answer the phone and help out!
Serenity Now is amazing! Well kept condo complex, elevator and ample shaded parking was a huge plus. The condo was clean, fashionably decorated and well-appointed. The ever-changing and unobstructed gulf views were fantastic! With the quaint town of Carrabelle and the immaculate condo, we would definitely stay again. (Note: get some good bug repellent - the deer flies were biting - Hunter’s Repel works really well)
A wonderful property, bright and clean with a stunning gulf view. Notable for having some of the most comfortable bedding of any rental property or hotel room in recent memory. In a busier season, being right on top of Rte. 98 might be less than optimal, but it didn't really effect our enjoyment of our stay.
I booked this condo to celebrate my mother's birthday and spend a little more time with my toddler before his sibling arrives. The view was beautiful each morning and evening. We saw dolphins, manatees, alligators, fish, bald eagles, turtles, pelicans, and so many shore birds both at the property and on our day trips to Panacea, Tallahassee, Apalachicola, and Marianna. There are endless state parks and national wildlife reserves nearby. My mother is 67, I am 7 1/2 month pregnant, my son is 23 months old, and my husband was there too :). Everyone was comfortable, safe, happy, and easily managed during the visit. The internet/television worked without issue and the condo was well appointed. Great little seafood restaurants dot the coast. We did bring our own pack and play for the toddler to sleep in. Tallahassee is a short drive from Carabelle. I would skip the DoubleTree and stay here instead when visiting Florida State. Thanks for lovely weekend. I look forward to booking again in the future.
