Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm) with multi-jet shower cubicle open to the bedroom, dry toilet, 1 sloping bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 200 cm), an adjoining bedroom / office (1 single bed 90 x 190 cm) without opening to the outside but 2 windows in the second day, a bathroom (shower and WC). Total floor area: 111 m² with sloping ceilings included. Possibility of a parking space in front of the cottage otherwise public parking at the entrance of the hamlet, 150 m. In the heart of the hamlet of Miolans, at the foot of the castle steeped in history (the Marquis de Sade was imprisoned there), the cottage is located in a village house, adjoining another house. This renovation, designed and carried out by its owner, incorporates old doors and old furniture, bringing charm and character to this spacious cottage. Depending on the time of day, the small balconies allow you to enjoy a moment of relaxation or even enjoy grilled food on the barbecue. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning are included. This beautifully restored village house opens its doors to a superb gite. Amazing and surprising gazebo in the kitchen, covered with green plants, giving a country character. Impressive television in the living room with its large screen of exceptional sound and image quality!
