Semi-detached house to a residential house, on 3 levels. 1st floor: a kitchen, a living room. 2nd floor: 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed / 3 single beds), a bathroom (shower with WC). Ground floor: entrance with ski storage, a bedroom (1 double bed) with a bathroom, laundry room (freezer) and separate WC. Total floor area: 76 m² including attic areas. Terrace. Sheets and towels included. Beds made on arrival. Ski bus shuttle in front of the cottage. This cottage enjoys easy access as it's located on the roadside with parking in front. Its renovation gives it a contemporary, mountain atmosphere, with quality amenities and services. In winter, a shuttle bus located in front of the cottage will take you to the foot of the St François-Longchamp ski lifts in just a few minutes. Enjoy the Grand Domaine St François-Longchamp and Valmorel between the Maurienne and Tarentaise valleys! Between modernity and comfort, you will be carried away by the nostalgia of these old canvas backpacks, now dedicated to decoration.
