Balcony + gravel terrace + private garden. Common ground. Ski Valloire link Valmeinier 1.5 km. Cross-country skiing 1 km. Shuttle stop for skiing in front of the gîte. Contemporary country house 1.5 km from the slopes. Exposed hillside. Quiet hamlet. Superb natural setting of meadows and forest. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Exposed terrace. Pleasant private garden + large landscaped common ground (swing + boules + trampoline). Shuttle stop for skiing in front of the gîte. 1.5 km from the slopes of the vast Valloire-Valmeinier domain (Galibier-Thabor domain and its 150 km of slopes). On the road to the famous Col du Galibier. Many sporting and recreational activities on site in all seasons. Large landscaped grounds (boules + swing + trampoline). Superb preserved natural setting. Ideal for children and for a stay with the tribe!
