Welcome to a large and inviting cottage with indoor pool.

This vacation home welcomes you with large bright rooms and modern decor. Here the family can gather for board games and fun in the living room and enjoy meals at the long dining table, from where you have a beautiful view of the green surroundings. The many large windows provide plenty of natural light and from the dining and living room you have access to the indoor wellness area with the 18 m2 pool and jacuzzi for 2 people. Here you can spend many hours of fun and relaxation for the whole family.

Look forward to the large natural plot with smaller plants near the beach. After a trip to the wild North Sea, you can enjoy the warmth in your own sauna. From the open terrace you can enjoy the magnificent thatched brick house.

Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests.

Es war einmal...

Das Haus war garantiert mal ein Schmuckstück, der großzügige Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna ist wirklich schön. Jedoch ist das Haus inkl. Wellnessbereich renovierungsbedürftig. Dies gilt auch für die Möblierung. Zum Beispiel sind die Stühle am Esstisch stark verschmutzt, an einem Schrank fehlt der Türgriff etc. Die Küche ist soweit in Ordnung. Der Service von Novasol war gut. Der Grill war sehr verschmutzt und wurde direkt nach der Beanstandung ausgetauscht, Auch die Tatsache, das die Bäder und Teile der Küche nicht gut geputzt waren, regelte sich nach dem Kontakt mit Novasol. Nun zum positiven: - Die Betten sind bequem und man konnte gut darin schlafen. - Der Pool wird regelmäßig von Novasol überprüft und die Wasserqualität war sehr gut. - Das Grundstück ist großzügig und für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. - In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. - Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Fazit: Da wir in der Nebensaison da waren und daher einen sehr guten Preis hatten, ist es ganz in Ordnung gewesen. Spaß hatten wir trotzdem. Hinweis: Bei der Buchung die Nebenkosten für den Poll etc. nicht außer acht lassen, diese können je nach Jahreszeit und Nutzung relativ hoch werden.
