This comfortable house has large, bright rooms. The rural area and the proximity to the water invite you to swim, fish, hike and bike. Partially there are sloping roofs on the upper floor. In addition, there is an outdoor shower at the house. A shared table tennis table is available outside. The immediate surroundings are rural and invite you to hike through meadows and fields. A small public beach is only about 400 m away, the pier for passenger ships is about 1 km away.



The well-known coastal town of Barth is 8 km away. Prerow's fantastic bathing beach can also be reached in a few minutes by car. You can find more vacation homes under: DMK237 and DMK278.

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden, gerne kommen wir wieder

Wir waren vom Objekt, der Aufteilung der Zimmer, der Sauberkeit und der neuen Küche rundum sehr zufrieden. Auch bei der Ausstattung waren viele nützliche Dinge in neuen oder guten Zustand vorhanden, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Auch die Lage war für uns sehr angenehm. Sehr ruhig, kein Lärm, kurzer Weg zu einem kleinen Strand am Bodden. Wirklich sehr schön und aus unserer Sicht weiter zu empfehlen. Für diejenigen die einen Hund haben, ist die Anlage auch ein Tipp.

Schönes Haus für größere Gruppe

Kommunikation mit der Agentur und den für die Schlüsselübergabe zuständigen Personen vor Ort wae sehr gut. Die Unklarheit, ob Handtücher und Bettwäsche gemietet werden können, konnte kurzfristig geklärt werden. Das Haus ist relativ neu, sehr ordentlich und gepflegt. Für uns war das Haus mit seinen vier getrennten Schlafzimmern ideal, weil wir zwar alle verwandt miteinander sind, aber aus vier verschiedenen Haushalten kommen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, d.h. nicht nur mit dem Allernötigsten, sondern mit allem was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Die Lage zwischen Rostock und Stralsund war ideal für uns, und an die Küste ist es auch nicht weit. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Soweit i.O. Würden es aber nicht wieder buchen.

Warmes Easser zum Duschen nur ausreichend für 1,5 Personen. Boiler! Haus hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Nur ein Handtuch für die Küche. Zugebuchte Handtücher zum Duschen etc. Knapp bemessen. Insgesamt sehr unpersönlich.
