I used this apartment as my base to travel around the area. The place is close to stores and close to a couple Nice restaurants. Great value for the money. The management team is extremely responsive.
Minutes from the Kenai rink made this location great for those early morning games!! Clean and cozy and the host was so friendly and accommodating - even making sure we had twin beds for the kids!
Would definitely stay here again for another hockey weekend!
The perfect location to the Kenai dock for our charter. I spoke to Kristie about a couple of minor things to add to her place. A pleasant experience and would recommend if you are staying in Kenai, AK.
The place is clean and well organized. It turned out to be close to the river and provided us the best value. Planning on returning next year.

Ok Place
Front of building looks a little run down but inside was ok. Interior not updated but beds were ok except queen squeaked all night when you rolled over. Mostly don’t count on sleeping on the pullout, it was not a clean mattress and no sheets.
We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the rental. We had just driven around the housing complex and taken aback my the number of units. Once inside were pleased to find a recently renovated unit that was well appointed and comfortable.
The only draw back was the very small kitchen area that included the table. We did find everything we needed.
I would not hesitate to book again. It is conveniently located in the Kenia area.
We had a great stay. We walked to the beach almost everyday. There is a park along the way that the girls enjoyed. There were a few electrical outlets that didn’t work, other then that everything was great. We would would stay again if we ever go back to Kenai.
