Sunset loft – newly renovated, beautiful one bedroom and one loft cottage.

You will love Sunset Loft it is A beautiful cottage overlooking the marsh with gorgeous sunset views. Features a loft which comfortably sleeps two children or young adults. Also included for your comfort are brand new stainless steel refrigerator/washer /dryer /dish washer . The sliding glass back door of Sunset Loft opens up onto to a private area where you can grill and look out onto one of the best sunsets on the point ! There are always birds to watch (egrets, herons, ibis, seagulls)! We are within two miles of Old Orchard beach and a block away from the beautiful seven mile Pine Point Beach. We are within a short drive to local attractions movie theatre, amusement park and water park, golf course and the beautiful city of Portland. Within walking distance of the cottage there are multiple restaurants and Maine Sea Food establishments that allow for take out or sitting outside enjoying the views. To make your vacation a little more adventurous! I have two bikes you can use to cruise the area as well as beach chairs and beach toys for the kiddos! You can rent all your toys at Fun and Sun rental within walking distance of the cottage, they have bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for rent. Catch sunset on the marsh or the ocean... take your pick! Overall an great vacation destination with multiple options for fun and sun within walking distance if you choose!

Amazing week at Sunset Loft!

This is by far the best vrbo I’ve ever booked/experienced. We absolutely LOVED this property. All of the details Roma thought about were perfect. Bed was comfortable and everything we needed was there; Beach towels/chairs/toys, kitchen utensils, linens. The location to EVERYTHING can not be beat. I would stay here again without a doubt. Thank you so much for sharing this property with our family!

Perfect and Wonderful

An unbeatable location in a cozy, super clean, private, and plenty spacious cottage. Roma was communicative and she doesn't short her renters of any amenities within the cottage (e.g. quality kitchenware, great blankets, nice wall art, etc.) Would stay here again with my family in a heartbeat.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the small amount of cooking we did and the air-conditioning was quiet and worked well which is a must for me. Our son came to visit for a couple nights and slept in the loft which he thought younger kids would love. The cottage is cozy and decorated with a beach theme. The back yard is reasonably private and was very relaxing looking out over the marsh. Its only a 4 minute walk to Pine Point Beach which we have never found to be crowded when accessed from Avenue One Extension. It's great for long walks in the morning and at sunset.Roma is a great host and was quick to contact us when she realized we inadvertently left and item under the bed.We will be back!

Great spot!

Well equipped and comfortable small space. Our only complaint was the neighbor complained about parking that didn’t involve our cars to the owner. Roma was laid back and wonderful- allowed a flexible check in. She has made the place so inviting- it has everything you can think of. Also there we very little bugs even being in the marsh!

Great Stay

Our family had enjoyed our time in the loft. We had all the amenities we needed for a quick beach vacation. Good beach location as you are far enough away from the crowds of old orchard beach. Would recommend to a small family.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our week at the Sunset Loft. It is a lovely cottage that is vert comfortable, well decorated and well furnished. Super location with a short walk to the beach and amazing view of the marsh in the backyard. We will certainly try to come again for another stay.

We had a great stay at the Sunset Loft! It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and the view was gorgeous. It was a very convenient location with the beach nearby and great restaurants. If we ever go back to Maine, we know where to go!

Relaxing!

We truly enjoyed this property and plan to stay again next year. The cottage was just adorable outside and inside. Roma left flowers and just had really nice decorations that made the cottage feel like home.

Absolutely Perfect

The house has everything we could need or want. It was perfect for our family and so close to the beach. The washer and dryer made it easy to have clean beach towels, suits and clothes daily.

Fabulous Scenic Retreat

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunset Loft. We have stayed at other properties in Pine Point and this is by far our favorite. The cottage is beautifully updated with a spacious bathroom and master bedroom, and the loft is great for families or a girl's trip. The decor is charming and reflects the owner's love of ME. And then there are the stunning ever changing views of the Scarborough marsh. We loved seeing the tide rise and fall, as well as bird watching. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back! Thank you, Roma, for such a beautifully peaceful retreat!

Five day stay in the middle of a humid July. Cottage was a cool respite, even up in the loft, which was large enough for our two teens! So close to the beach and fantastic restaurants within walking distance. We did not need to contact host as everything was in great shape and notes left by her perfectly informative.

We really liked the cottage but I wouldn’t recommend for 4 adults as listed; it’s extremely tight for sleeping 4. 3 is comfortable enough. And the loft is good for kids younger than 10.

The perfect pine point cottage!

Stayed at the Sunset Loft with my family (2 adults, two toddlers) and it was the perfect spot for our week at the beach. All the amenities you want with little kids like A/C for sleeping, a washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, outdoor shower for rinsing off from the beach etc. We slept one kid up in the loft in a crib and one on the floor in the bedroom in a travel bed. The property is clean and has everything you need. 10/10!

Wonderful Stay at the Sunset Loft

We had another wonderful stay at the sunset loft this again year (our 3rd time)! As always the cottage was bright, clean and so comfortable. It had everythng we could possibly need! The amazing backyard view of the marsh cannot be beat; we loved sitting outside especially at sunset! Pine Point Beach is just a 5 minute walk away and it's so pretty and such a walkable beach! And speaking of walking, there are several good restuarants within walking distance of the cottage. This is such a nice spot/area and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Thank you Roma for sharing your slice of paradise in Maine with us again this year; we hope to come back!

Great Little Spot on Pine Point!

Great clean cottage on Pine point! Great back yard that backs up to the marsh. Cottage has two mini splits for AC/Heat and work amazing. New upscale kitchen, perfect spot for a family of 3 with 11 yo daughter. 5 min. to OOB, 15 min to Saco downtown! 5 min. walk to the beach.
