It has a separate entrance with smart lock , two XL twin size beds, a wet bar, a small desk/chair for laptop/writing, bathroom with electronic bidet seat toilet. New hardwood floor throughout.

EV charger is available by request (fee apply), There is a concrete table with three benches and umbrella outside the cottage.

This property is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood with a nice park within walking distance! Great place for someone who is traveling by themselves!

Clean room and convenient location

The room was small but clean. It was within walking distance to the market. We went to the market every morning to buy fruits.

In addition, me and my daughter designed the interior of the house so our guests would feel at ease and at home. Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. The small kitchen was a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker, adequate for preparing simple meals.
