Fully renovated bright and sunny house with modern appliances, bathrooms and furniture that is just steps to the lake! Enjoy our open first floor, ideal for families and large groups with a bonus large living room upstairs. Four large bedrooms with lots of storage, including a huge updated master suite. Three fully updated bathrooms. 10-minute walk to the lake and downtown.

Licensed as a short term rental through the City of Lake Geneva.

No smoking in the house. Out of respect for our lovely neighbors- no parties or no loud large gatherings.

Property itself is great! Clean, and as advertised. Have stayed here twice now, and it's a consistent experience. The only knock is that it is very pricey for not being right downtown.

Beautifully renovated home in the perfect location

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend in Lake Geneva. The home was nicely renovated, exactly as advertised and in the perfect location. Highly recommend for families that want to be close enough to the lake to easily walk into town but far enough from the hustle and bustle for maximum relaxation. 10/10 recommend.

We entered a beautifully appointed house. Pictures are as advertised. Comfortable, spacious, all the amenities one could need for a fabulous weekend with friends. We’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful experience

The house is immaculate and incredibly well-furnished. There were two grandparents, two parents, and one infant in our party. We all loved it! The location is great, with easy access to everything you could possibly need. The furnishings are very comfortable and very well designed. The hosts go out of their way to be responsive and to create a memorable experience. It is probably the nicest VRBO property we’ve booked.

House size good. Nice bedrooms. Missing window coverage in living areas so not really private at night. Would have liked to know there were clean towels in dryer, we actually went out to buy extra towels because we didn’t have enough. Clean dishes in dish washer so we had to put those away. Sort of felt like house wasn’t ready for us. No outdoor space to enjoy! Very overgrown yard! Average house sorry.

Would Def Come Back!

This house is perfect for 8 Adults to sleep with plenty of room and comfortably! 10 definitely fits just a little tighter. We stayed fri-sun for my sister's Bachelorette party. The inside of the house is stunning!! think boho-chic O:). Super cute and modern furniture and design. It was just our vibe. (It is so cute that 2 friends asked me to send them the info to the place because how cute it looked in my Instagram stories). Plus, there is plentyyy of space throughout the whole house. It was great having a big dinner table we could have our meals at - great family dinner vibe. Lastly, it is super accessible to downtown and the lake with walking! We walked to the lake Sunday morning for yoga and walked home from the bars on Saturday night. That was a huge plus. I would say my only 2 recommendations is that the outside landscape could be enhanced. When we pulled in the driveway we thought we were at the wrong house cause weeds and leaves were everywhere. As well, a bunch of condiments were in the fridge when we got there, which was a turn off. Minor details. I still rate this 5 stars and recommend people to stay here!

Girls Weekend in November

Sajni was an outstanding host. The home was spacious and well furnished. Very clean and more than enough space for our group of 4. Apple Tv was great to log into our own subscriptions to watch movies. The house is situated in very quent street in a nice neigborood. Seemed to be alot of family's in the neighbroing homes. A short walk to the lake and downtown. Highly reccomend, would stay agin.

Great Experience

The property was great for a large group- very open floor plan that gave it an excellent feel. Two very nice living spaces, great front yard for yard games and a nice sitting area along the side of the house. Short walk from downtown Lake Geneva and the host made the check in and check out process very easy. Excellent communication through the trip as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very roomy, lots of places for family to gather

The owners were very accommodating and responsive. The place was spotless, lots of amenities from kitchen appliances, utensils, dish ware, cooking implements. Paper supplies, laundry, elegant soaps and toiletries. Comfortable bedding, mattresses, lots of closet space, the master bath/bedroom is huge, everything is well appointed. Garage space, grill, patio, beach chairs, beach towels and the town with it’s beach, parks and lake access can’t be beat. Easy ride out to farm markets, and quaint spots. Highly recommend a boat trip on the lake as well.

Great Family Get Away

This property was perfect for our small family reunion. Spacious house, very new, modern and clean and the host was extremely responsive. The house is a very short walk from the lakefront, beach and downtown area so we could easily walk back and forth multiple times each day.
