Cozy home in Süssau/Ostsee

The high-quality semi-detached houses are just a stone's throw from the sea and the unspoilt sandy beach. In the middle of nature between the edge of the forest and the Baltic Sea beach, you can relax wonderfully: from the large sun-drenched south-facing balcony (master bedroom) you have a marvellous view of the sea. In the bright Scandinavian-style living area, the crackling fire of the fireplace beckons. Modern, bright kitchenette with oven, microwave, coffee pad machine and dishwasher. Guest WC on the ground floor. Upstairs master bedroom with balcony, children's room and modern shower room, washing machine and tumble dryer.



The house has a south-facing, partially covered terrace with garden furniture. Behind the house there is another terrace with garden chairs, a barbecue area and a garden shed. This offers space for bicycles or fishing tackle, as the Süssau beach offers very good fishing opportunities.



Süssauer Strand is a long natural beach. Please note that most of the beach is also open to dogs. It is located in the 'fair weather corner' of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn.



Should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is also just a stone's throw away. Well-developed cycle paths open up the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein to you.

Das Haus war von der Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Der Aussenbereich leider nicht. Schuppen und Terrasse hinten zugewachsen, voll Laub und dringend pflegebedürftig. Leider kein Parkplatz am Haus. Ein und Ausladen in der schmalen Straße muss schnell geschehen. Vorgesehener Parklatz für alle Seeadler-Häuser sehr eng mit viel rangieren. Der Strand in Richtung Norden ist ok… der südliche Bereich mit aufgeschütteten Küstenschutzsteinen ist nicht schön. Radfahren ist in der gesamten Ferienanlage verboten.

Super, mit kleinem Mangel

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit kurzem Weg zum Strand! Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Für die Kids sogar einen eigenen Fernseher (der als Zusatzheizung dienen könnte, so heiß wie er wird). Die Sauberkeit war durchschnittlich. Etwas erschreckt haben uns die Zusatzkosten, die ich vorher nicht auf dem Schirm hatte, für Strom und Wasser (bei Heizlüfter als Heizung, hätte das im April teuer werden können). Die Abrechnung war korrekt und das Guthaben wurde auch schon zurück gezahlt. Wir kommen wieder!
