Summary:
New hot tub as of 11/20/20! This is the top floor of the home with a front door entrance.
Everything’s new in this one. Beds, furniture, smart TVs and Smart lock on the front door. There is also an Airbnb for the lower level available to rent that can be combined for large groups.

The Space:
The house is very spacious with plenty of sitting for you to relax and enjoy yourself. There is cable and smart tv in one of the living rooms. The narrow kitchen is equipped with full appliances and basic essentials if you want to prepare a meal. Guests always give us compliments on the beds, so we hope that you get to enjoy the memory foams mattress as well.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the top floor, no basement. Park is provide on the right side of the driveway. You also have access to the deck off the Tv Room. However the hot tub and fenced backyard can be shared with other guests staying on the walkout basement of the house.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in the heart of Lincoln with a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown. We are also close to the country club golf course, Lincoln Zoo and South Pointe Shopping district.

Getting Around:
Please park on the left side of the driveway and if there are additional vehicles, there is off-street parking.

Other Things to Note:
Please ask us first, if you plan to bring your dog along.
The walkout basement is a separate Airbnb. Be aware that if the basement is rented there is the possibility you might have to share the backyard, the hot tub and noise might also be shared. If you think this could be an issue, please check out the listing bellow, where you have the option to rent the top and basement entirely.
