This 4 bdrm, 2 bath home is an original craftsman style home that offers historical charm with all the modern amenities. Enjoy an expansive wrap around porch to enjoy the afternoon sun. Enjoy the mahogany roof covered deck off the chef’s kitchen with commercial grade Thermador appliances. One car off street parking available. This is 1 of 3 units on this property.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No senior week or events.

Enjoy Wildwood Crest award winning beaches, sunsets & activities on Sunset Lake.

PLEASE BRING LINENS & TOWELS, TOILET PAPER , PAPER TOWELS, NAPKINS,& KITCHEN TRASH BAGS.

Cleaning supplies & laundry soap are provided.

We have 8 beach chairs, umbrella, cart, & toys. We also have yard games (corn hole, outdoor chess, and giant pong cup game)

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash bath mats & kitchen towels. Move to dryer.
Turn off outside hose. Please move all cars to the street so the cleaning team can access the driveway
Cover grill. Turn off gas & disconnect propane
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be considerate of the year round residents in the neighborhood and observe 11pm as quiet time.
$25 key replacement fee. $30 fee for leaving dirty dishes and trash in house after check out. Clean dishes and return to cabinet and put trash in bin
$30 fee for mailing items left behind & packages (Amazon) delivered after your departure. $50 late check out (unapproved) charged by cleaning team

Wonderful getaway!

What a beautiful home, with wonderful amenities! The home was clean and very well taken care of. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and playground, and quick drive to the boardwalk. With 6 adults and 3 children we were more than comfortable in the house. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is situated in walking distance to many things. Shopping, restaurants, attractions and most importantly the beach!! It is immaculate and the porches are comfortable and relaxing. We ate outside and just sat outside a lot. The hosts definitely pay attention to the details inside and outside the house. Highly recommend this property.

Beach Trip

Friends from Iowa wanted to experience the South Jersey beaches as part of their East Coast vacation. This home was perfect for 8 adults to stay together in Wildwood Crest. A short walk (even shorter drive) to the beach and boardwalk made the location wonderful. Outdoor porches were enjoyed as extra space for gathering. We appreciated the provided beach chairs, boogie board, sand toys, and umbrellas. Highly recommend staying at the Tree Top House.

Best spot in wildwood

My family and I vacation every summer in wildwood and usually stay at the hotels. This year we decided to try a family VRBO. And this listing did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded our expectations. It was not just clean but immaculate, we all felt very comfortable here. The house is gorgeous and sitting on the porch to eat, have coffee, and just hang out was amazing. The amount of beach gear they let you borrow in their garage is crazy! We did not even need to bring any of our own items. Would definitely recommend this to anyone coming in a large group.

Fantastic Home & Location

We had a great stay at Tree Top unit 2. The size of the home was perfect for our family. The front porch was fantastic for morning coffee and evening chats. The table on the porch is great for playing games. The kids loved playing on the porch it's so big. We ate dinner on the back porch and it was just perfect! The home is beautifully updated!! The location was perfect. Walking distance to the bay for fishing, walking distance to restaurants, ice-cream and pastries. A few blocks to the beach but it wasn't any trouble to walk and they provide a beach cart. Walking distance to playground and very short ride to grocery store and boardwalk. It was just perfect! Quiet street. No problem finding additional parking. And it was great they provided beach toys, chairs & umbrella. Would love to rent again!

Great time only one complaint

We loved the house. Great location and clean. We only have one complaint. The furniture upstairs is too large for the room size. My sister in law stubbed her toe pretty bad and both my husband and I ran into the corner of footboard in the room with the queen bed upstairs. We are both very slim, but the corner of the footboard sticks out pretty far. I got a huge bruise from it. We recommend just having a headboard for that bed and no foot board. And maybe for another room bunk beds? Other than the tightness of the room and our minor injuries, we had a great stay! Still giving it a 5 star because those are easy fixes! Thank you

Escape to Wildwood Crest

I purchased a weekend here for my wife and her friends for a get-away weekend and they had a fantastic time. The inside of the house was immaculate while the outside had a beautiful, spacious wrap around porch to hang out on. Also, a perfect location that's close to the beach and many restaurants.......Definitely would recommend a stay here.

Wild wood crest

Enjoyed our stay at wildwood crest for Labor Day weekend this house was amazing with the 2 large porches our family gathered and socialized most of the time on these beautiful porches. The inside was beautiful and modern yet the house kept its old fashioned charm not a thing I would change amazing kitchen and baths even had a heated floor!! The location was awesome a nice quite area to walk for food also close to board walk , beach was very close . Our Host was easily reached with any questions and provided great beach supplies we all gave this a 5 star rating😀👍

We had an incredible experience and everything was better than we expected! So many things were included that we didn’t expect like detergents, etc. Also, we had a few difficulties with AC and someone came right away to fix it. Amazing Home! Checks all the boxes!

We stayed at this amazing home the first week of August. Everything was perfect for our vacation; from pre-stay communication with Kelly and Raj, check in process and of course the property. You likely won’t find a nicer home in the Crest. Super clean! You can tell the owners have put a ton of work into this home to make certain you have a wonderful vacation experience. The kitchen is top of the line, bathrooms recently remodeled, front porch is a dream, more beach accessories than one family needs, excellent and quiet location, but close enough to the boards. If you are planning a stay in the Crest or surround area, you need to check out this property. It will not disappoint! Thank you again Kelly and Raj!
