Our completely renovated home is located in a quiet part of Cape May and is an easy walk to the ocean, harbor and downtown. There is no need to pack your beach stuff every day, our home includes a locked storage unit right on the Philadelphia Avenue beach (rest rooms on site). Six seasonal beach tags are available for your use.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, there is plenty of room for the whole family! The open floor plan connects the fully equipped kitchen to a large family room and dining room. Central A/C and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or watch the kids play in the private fenced-in yard from the wrap around deck with awning. Plenty of outdoor seating for your evening family BBQ.
Our house is perfect for all ages, including children and the elderly, even handicapped.

Gas grill, 4 adult bikes, WiFi and washer/dryer are all included! Plenty of parking is available in both the driveway and street. Great place for a relaxing or busy week at the beach whatever you choose with family or friends.

Very clean, well stocked, responsive hosts! Great central location close to beach and shops/restaurants. You have to bring your own linens/towels, but that was clearly communicated in the listing.

The place was very clean and very well stocked with supplies. It had everything you could want in the kitchen. The place both a front porch and back porch with chairs and tables. Very nice and spacious. If you have young children, there are plenty of board games and puzzles. There are several bikes in the garage. It is an ideal place for family get-togethers or friends coming together for a fun weekend. Our only regret is that we did not have one more day. It was a wonderful weekend.

Family weekend

The home we rented is beautiful! It’s in a great location - close enough to many attractions but in a nice quiet neighborhood, which worked for us having two babies under two. If looking to stay in the Cape May area i would Highly recommend this property!

Great house!

My overall impression is that the house was fantastic! Super clean and updated. Plenty of space for 3 moms and their 3 girls. It was too cold to sit outside but would definitely do that because the deck and porch were very spacious. Great location and in walking distance to beach and the town. I would look into renting again!

Extremely comfortable, clean, and gracious home!

This was the perfect gathering spot for our group of four women. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for private space as well as a huge living room (with very comfortable furniture), kitchen and dining room area for us to be together. We also loved the outside seating areas, how well equipped the home was, and the convenient location.

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay great! We especially appreciated the beach wagon and the storage at the beach as we went every day. The outdoor shower was perfect too. We also used the bikes daily and they were helpful in getting all around without needing to drive.

perfect Cape May rental

My four adult kids, two year old grandson and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cape May ranch house. The property was well maintained, with a lovely front porch and back deck with huge awning. Inside was immaculate and spacious, with four good sized bedrooms and three full, modern bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked, as were closets with plenty of paper products, often missing in rentals. A great dining table, and big living room provided nice space for family gatherings. Newer washer and dryer worked well. The house is close to the beach and shops, on a pretty, quiet street with friendly neighbors (back yard Dave supplied us with the most delicious vegetables from his garden!). Notable for families with kids: there were lots of fun toys, and two full sized wooden cribs. Six badges and the beach locker box, as well as four bikes were much appreciated.Communication with owners Carol and Tom was flawless. Their house is highly recommended - we hope to visit again!

Great spacious rancher style home. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice layout for spreading out. Good size kitchen to cook and socialize. Only a half mile to the beach and can walk to shops and restaurants too. A perfect place for a get together!

Felt like home

This home easily accomodated 6 adults and is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but was still within walking distance of the beach, some restaurants, etc. The beachy decor added to the charm of this clean rental. The front porch and back deck are nice places to relax outside as well. It truly did feel like home as soon as we walked in and it made our stay in Cape May very enjoyable!

Amazing property and location

The house was cozy and so clean. Everything was very well maintained. We loved that restaurants were open in the area, given that it’s off season. Closet was stocked with paper towels, tissues and toilet paper which is rare in many rentals and any appliances needed were readily available. I will definitely book this property again in the future.

Why they chose this property

We spent our family vacation in Cape May for two years and immediately fell in love with the area. This beach town is very family oriented with plenty to do for all ages. The rural neighborhood allows for peaceful rest and relaxation if that is what you choose. Our home is centrally located and within walking distance to the beach, harbor and town without having to deal with parking issues, road noise and crowds.

What makes this property unique

Our single level ranch home is good for all ages, children through elderly with shower seat and grab bar in one bathroom. It features two large master bedrooms suites (both with a crib) with full baths. There is plenty of outdoor living space with a full wrap around deck with an awning and completely fenced in backyard for a wonderful play area for children. Enjoy a barbeque on the back deck or listen to the ocean while relaxing on the covered front porch.
