Wonderful location within walking distance to everything -3 bed 2 1/2 bath home.

Relax in this comfortable townhome just steps from everything that Cape May has to offer. A short walk brings you to the ocean beach at Perry Street. During peak season we provide a stocked beach box (beach tags are provided). We're just 2-1/2 blocks from the Washington St Mall where you can shop till you drop. Take a stroll through Wilbraham Park to the Plum Beach Café at the West End Garage for freshly baked pastries and coffee or head for breakfast down at Pancake Bills. Take a morning bike ride along the promenade or over to Sunset Beach for the beautiful sunsets. When you've finished sunning, swimming, biking and shopping head home and kick back on one of the two decks overlooking the picturesque meadows at Cape Island Creek.
Our townhome provides two off-street parking spaces. The first floor has the garage, the second floor contains the family room, dining area, eat in kitchen with center island, rear deck and 1/2 bath. The third floor consists of the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and full bath. Fun beach vacation for everyone - bring your flip flops and towel and leave the car at the house.
Please note, guests provide their own bed sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Excellent communication with our host, Paul, made for an easy check-in process. I messaged him once during our stay with a question and he got right back to me. The condo was basic, but it has everything we needed to cook, meals, etc. we could walk down to the beach, and we were conveniently located to a number of burning locations, which was the purpose of our stay. A group comprised of five adult adults fit just perfectly in this condo.

Great Place to Enjoy Cape May

This condo is just a short walk from the Mall and beach as well as the Victorian houses. It's also comfortable and well equipped for our family. We hope it continues to be the place we stay for our weekend in October.

Comfortable Stay with Thoughtful HospitalityWe had a lovely experience at Paul's place in Cape May. The home was very comfortable, with soft beds that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Paul was incredibly helpful and attentive—he kept us informed about the Nor’easter approaching, which gave us peace of mind and helped us plan ahead.Thankfully, we were able to enjoy everything on Saturday without any issues. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Washington Street, where all the shops and restaurants are. Having so many great food options and charming boutiques nearby was a real bonus.We took a trolley tour, which was a fun and informative way to see the town, and the whale and dolphin watcher cruise was a highlight—such a peaceful and exciting experience on the water. Cape May truly delivered, and the place was the perfect home base. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect location for access to the Washington Street Mall, The Beach, great dining options, West End Garage, Exit 0 and so much more. Owner was very good with communication!

Best accommodations for our girls getaway!

From booking to leaving everything was great. Loved the location walked to just about everything. Home was spotless and well appointed. Kitchen was ready to prepare anything you could want. Owner was easy to contact.

Relaxing and Charming Getaway

Paul's house was just as described/photographed. Everything was exceedingly clean, decorated with beachy minimalist charm, and a great place to relax. Location is fantastic - a quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, while still being quiet and tucked away. So convenient to have parking right out front, and the garage to store our beach stuff. We loved sitting on the decks overlooking the peaceful wetlands, and eating dinner out at the table and chairs on a cool breezy evening. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Second Time In This Wonderful Home

This is our second time staying at Paul's house. We stayed here a year ago and loved his home. Paul's home is well kept and very clean. HIs home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, a big TV in the living room, washer and dryer and plenty of parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap were provided. The location in West Cape May is great, You can walk to the Washington Mall and many nice restaurants. Paul is wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. After a busy day it was so nice to return to his home and relax. Now you know why we returned to Paul's wonderful home. We are planning to return to Cape May abd Paul's home in the future.

Wonderful Home, Perfect Location, Great Owner

Paul's home is beautiful and spotless. The home was very spacious and the location was perfect. The home was located in West Cape May and was walkable to many restaurants, shops, Washington Mall, and the beach. Some of the restaurants we went to were The Ugly Mug, Bella Vida Garden, Key West Tacos, Westside Market and Jake's Pizza. Paul's home had everything we needed. a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, a big TV in the living room, washer and dryer and plenty of parking. It was so nice that paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and hand soap were provided. Paul was wonderful to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we may have had. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Paul and his beautiful home. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home in the future. Paul, thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. We had a wonderful time!

Lovely family vacation

The condo was a perfect size for the 7 of us. As listed, it’s in walking distance from everything you need in Cape May. They supply beach items. The home decor is very cute and beachy. There are 2 decks that look out over a beautiful marsh. I would come back here!

Fabulous Location & Property

There are no negatives to share about this property. Everything was clean and organized. The beds have better mattresses than any other beach house we’ve rented. The kitchen is well equipped. One thing to note is that there are three flights of stairs in this townhouse. It’s not a good property for anyone who struggles physically.

Christmas in Cape May

We have stayed at Paul's house a few times before, in the summer, but this was our first time in Cape May during the Christmas season. As always, this was the perfect home base to explore the town. Clean and comfy as ever. I'm sure we'll be back yet again!

Great condo in convenient location

This condo was perfect for our fall family getaway with two adults and two teenagers. We were able to walk to just about everything we needed for the entire weekend. The property is well-maintained and clean. We hope to be able to stay here again.
