There are 3 queens and 1 full bed. Also, the couch has a Full size pull out bed and there is a full size air bed in wicker storage furniture in yellow room

Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys are stored on the side of the front porch or on the side of the house (These are replaced every few years, but may be worn as many guests use them, so bringing your own beach gear is encouraged, or there are places to rent below)
