The house was perfect for 12 guys on a golf trip. Plenty of options for sleeping and the access to the lake was fantastic. Check-in was very easy as well. Getting to watch World Cup games in the movie room was a highlight. Would definitely book this house again.

We had a lovely week! Despite some rain the house and surroundings were relaxing, and comfortable.

We had a great time! The house is lovely and Randall was a gracious host. The lake is beautiful and surprisingly quiet. We had a great time hanging out, fishing and kyaking.

Great Escape on the Lake

Property was excellent, spacious, and comfortable. The roof deck and boathouse added amazing spaces to hang out and socialize with our 10 person group. Incredibly convenient access to local golf courses, downtown Saratoga, and the race track. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. Thank you Randall and team for the lovely stay and prompt communications!

Great spot for a getaway vacation

The property is awesome! It was able to comfortably fit my decent sized family comfortably. Randall responds almost instantaneously and assisted us just as quickly. The boat house deck is awesome and we spent most of our time there! The size and location of the property along with the host made for an unforgettable trip. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to kick back and have fun!

Lake conditions and certain amenities not ideal

Overall, the house was nice and owner was super responsive. However, the cleanliness and certain things about the home were not what we were used to. We are a large group and house didn’t really work for our specific needs. Also, the lake was super weedy near the dock and shore and so was not really swimmable near the house. I’m sure it would be great for other renters, but just didn’t meet our needs. We still had a good time with friends and family, but don’t feel like the house lived up to the description.

Thank you for your input, Laura. Yes, the group was super-large: 14 adults, plus kids, plus 2 boats, plus 4 jet skis, plus trailers, etc. Much too large, in retrospect and that's ultimately our fault for green-lighting. Saratoga Lake did get some weeds this August (pristine until the end of the July) -- and we are now paying for regular private weed remove, in part based on your input. We're always trying to up our game. Thanks for staying!

Luxury Pictures deceiving

My husband picked out this house because it had the bedrooms we needed for a reunion of Duke University friends. We are 75-76 years old and did not realize steep stairs are needed to reach all the bedrooms! The house needs some sprucing up: dirty carpet, clicking fans, not very nice bed covers, there was no TP, no wash cloths, minimal PT in the kitchen. The view of the lake is at a much greater distance than expected, this is not waterfront even though there is a boathouse. The rooftop putput was not accessible for our group.

Spacious lake front property

It was a very fun and pleasant 6 days at this property. We had 4 families from grandparents, children and grandchildren of 13. Randall was very responsive to all questions and concerns we might of had. The grandkids really enjoyed the movie room with the popcorn machine, mini golf on the roof top to spending time at the boat house enjoying the snow cone machine. Randall was kind enough to let us dock our jet skis for the kids to enjoy( Big Mable). This a spacious and beautiful property to enjoy.
