In Saint-Nazaire-sur-Charente, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 280 m² house with swimming pool and jacuzzi for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It features an attractive 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,200 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A 70 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa table...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Dining area with table for 10 guests
- Master bedroom with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed (160×200) and adjoining WC

- A shower room
- Separate WC
- Space with sports machines, pool table

First floor:
- Bedroom 4 with a double bed (140×190) and a double sofa bed
- A 15 m² balcony with furniture

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private 5x10 m swimming pool, secure and heated all year round (opening dates non-contractual)
- A 4-person Jacuzzi available all year round (opening dates non-contractual)
- A lovely 1,200 m² garden
- A 150 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
- Ping-pong table, pétanque court...

The house is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire-sur-Charente, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Villa Boyard "We stayed at Villa Boyard for a week in August and absolutely loved it. We have stayed in many properties in the UK and abroad and this ranks as one of the very best. Although the photos of the villa made it look lovely, in the ‘flesh’ it was even more spectacular. As well as the wonderful pool, hot tub, pétanque pitch, table tennis, pool table etc the villa itself was extremely well equipped. We always travel with good knives and utensils that properties regularly lack, but here we found everything we could want. The first night we were there we had a very slight problem with some of the electrics, and Eric and Sabrina were SO apologetic, even though we kept saying it was no problem and having solved the problem the next day they arrived with a lovely hamper with wines, biscuits, salamis and muffins - all completely unnecessary, but so kind. We had a fantastic week and would highly recommend it to anyone - families or groups of friends - looking for the perfect French getaway."

Également ravi par les installations aquatiques de l'établissement : Le jacuzzi était spacieux et relaxant, un vrai bonheur pour se détendre.
