Modern, private Boulder home in quiet residential neighborhood. Walking distrance to many Sundance Film Festival venues, including The Boulder Theater, Etown and Casey. One block from Ideal market (Whole Foods), Belleza Coffee, Skratch Kitchen, and 4 blocks to Pearl St. mall where you will find bars, restaurants, entermainment and art. Our home is a 3 Bed/ 3 bath. Main floor includes primary bed with bath, secondary bed next to a full bathroom with a jetted bathtub. Modern kitchen. Basement includes a weight room/gym, entertainment room, extra bed and full bath. Separate yoga room. Great deck overlooking private backyard and hot tub.

Great spot in North Boulder!

My cousin, friend, and I found this great little spot to stay in Boulder as we attended the CU versus Baylor football game. The place was completely furnished with great amenities. Home is conveniently located near Pearl Street and a short walk or Uber to all of the restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

We are both transplants from Wisconsin and Florida who came to Boulder to attend CU and did not leave. We love Boulder for it's people, beauty and outdoor access to everything we love to do...bike, ski, hike, etc....

Why they chose this property

We have been in Boulder for 30 years and love our neighborhood and neighbors. We have the convenience of the Ideal shops and Whole Foods one block away with Pearl Street and Boulder Theater just 5 blocks South. We walk and ride our bikes everywhere. It is a very friendly, quiet area.

What makes this property unique

We have been in this house 20 years and have remodeled every inch of it. It has everything you need, from a well stocked kitchen to a gym, yoga room and hottub. A front and back porch are both great places to lounge. We pride ourselves on a clean house with high quality mattresses and linens.
