New owners 2021 are anxious to make you welcome and you know what that means…new goodies! Fresh linens and updates, new mattresses and bedding all designed to make this already appealing vacation rental even more so. Large private back yard invites you to indulge in some popular games like corn hole, Bocci ball and even some old favs like checkers. Beach cart, 2 chairs, and an umbrella are all on site for your enjoyment. Cool array of games in stock help get the kids off their cell phones for at least 5 minutes of some family fun time. Walk one block to a secret beach access…no code required and out to the most beautiful section of the Emerald Coast you have seen in a while.

Inside you will delight to find one bedroom downstairs with queen-size bed and the king master suite. Level 2 reveals living space with great room, kitchen, dining and guest bedroom featuring Queen bed plus twin over full bunk bed. Additional full size air mattress on site. Spring Break trip

House is in a great quiet location. Beautiful landscape and interior design. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could ever need! Beds are comfortable and there are nice linens & towels. There is not a dining table inside, just several stools at the kitchen bar. There is a nice dining set on the deck though. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable!

Extended family of 9 enjoyed this home for a week. The home was conveniently located and quite spacious. The property manager and housekeeping staff were extremely responsive when small issues needed addressed. We would definitely stay there again.
