THE TOWNHOME SLEEPS 12, 3 BEDROOMS, 3.5 BATHROOMS AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A FAMILY GETAWAY TO THE BEACH. THE MAIN FLOOR IS THE LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN, HALF BATHROOM, QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, BALCONY WITH GAS GRILL. UPSTAIRS ON THE TOP FLOOR ARE TWO KING BEDROOMS WITH 2 BATHROOMS AND BALCONY. THE BOTTOM FLOOR HAS A SEPARATE BEACH ENTRY AND IT HOSTS A QUEEN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM, SET OF BUNK BEDS, QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER, KITCHENETTE AND BALCONY. WE OFFER 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA DAILY AT NO COST. SATURDAY-SATURDAY BOOKINGS IN JUNE/JULY.

Excellent location on beach!

The property is RIGHT on the beach which was awesome. The owner rented chairs and umbrellas for us everyday on the beach which was wonderful and she was very quick to respond when we called with a question. The experience overall was great!!! We would stay here again. Note!!!! YOUNG KIDS— We didn’t realize the downstairs area is not accessible from inside the property. We planned to have our kids sleep downstairs but when we arrived we realized the bunk room is only accessed by going outside and down the deck stairs. Our kids are 7 & 9 years and we would not let them sleep down there alone until our friends came a few days later. If you have older kids, it’s no issue at all and it’s nice that there is a separate space. Just be aware when booking with young kids. A couple of bummers— we arrived early hoping for early check-in but were disappointed when the property wasn’t even ready by 4pm check-in. We had to wait until about 4:40pm. The house was clean, but I suppose the party before ours had a lot of hair, which was found throughout (but I understand that’s hard to clean sometimes.) Also, there was a dehumidifier that leaked downstairs. Luckily we didn’t have bags or personal items on the floor and nothing was ruined. The owner was quick to respond and a maintenance guy eventually came and replaced it. Overall, those things were minor and the stay was great!

Beach at your feet

Loved that we could walk right out to the beach or sit in the deck and enjoy the view and sound of the waves. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with ! Loved our time here.
