Situated on the port of Vannes, close to the old town and its ramparts, the Tonkinois apartment is located in a beautiful 1757 building on the last and 3rd floor without elevator.

A beautiful 27m² living room, with a comfortable TV lounge area where you can admire the lovely view of the port. A functional, fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto the living room : fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker... with a dining area featuring a convivial dining table for up to 6 people.
Three spacious, comfortable bedrooms, including two on the ground floor with 2 queen-size beds and a bathroom with 1 bath. 1 beautiful bedroom on the 1st floor with a 140cm bed and a very nice bathroom with 1 shower. 1 extra 140cm bed on the mezzanine, an open-plan sleeping area at the top of the stairs.
Please note : to access the first floor of the apartment, the staircase is not suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.
