Charming apartment located in the center of Paris, 5 minutes walk from the Marais, It is surrounded by trendy cafes and restaurants, and close to the Beaubourg center and the banks of the Seine. Cozy, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian stay with family or friends



The Space:

60m2 flat on the 2nd floor without lift

Lovely apartment in a fabulous neighborhood. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and stores nearby. It was a great home base for our trip to Paris. The communication was excellent, the check in process easy, and there was easy access to the metro.

Nice to have a home base in Paris near lots of restaurants, stores and transportation. While the apartment is located in a busy and bustling neighborhood, we heard nothing. The apartment was cleaned, well stocked and comfortable for us to stretch and relax after a day of being tourists.

Wonderful Stay in Paris

We had a business/pleasure trip for a week and found the accommodations to be comfortable and a great place to return to at the end of very busy days. There are great restaurants and shopping at the doorstep- yet we found the apartment to be quiet, even on the weekend nights. Beds and furniture all comfortable too!

Perfectly central to ever place you may want to go. Very comfortable and the team was amazing from start to finish. There are groceries downstairs, food and drink, music all right outside the door! Even with all of this the place is very quiet.

Great for families in the heart of Paris

The apartment was perfect for our family. It is quiet inside but once you step out the entrance door you are in the middle of shops, cafes and restaurants. We loved that it was walking distance to Notre Dame and several metro stations, which made it easy to get around. Thanks again for a great stay.

Great location!

Location was great... easy access to the Marais. Property was clean and kitchen was up to date. Living area was great but second bedroom a bit small. Typical European bathroom setup, separate water closet from shower was a bit of a challenge. Good value all in all!

We loved the location of the unit. We did not use the kitchen other than to store some leftovers & snacks, so we can’t speak to the efficacy of the kitchen. The unit was clean and well-appointed. We will happily book this unit again when we return to Paris. Thank you!

This was a super convenient apartment - tons if great places to eat nearby and the metro was close It is a city apartment so small - it was a tad crowded foe 4 grown people, but would be great for two friend teaveling together.

Paris 4-Nights

Very clean and quiet apartment centrally located, couldn’t ask for a better space for our family of three. The building felt quintessentially Parisian, on a busy street for nightlife but we couldn’t hear anything inside. We could have used one extra trash bag and dish towel. Excellent stay and would recommend!

Great Stay

The property is immaculate and well stocked. The apartment owner was communicative, thoughtful and organized. The street it is on is cool as it is just a pedestrian street with bars and restaurants, but no cars. The only downsides could be the later night noise from bar goers (but with windows closed we couldn’t hear it) and the apartment does not have a view as all windows look out to other apartments. Excellent stay and would recommend.

Le Marais

Loved the location, cleanliness, and ease here! The apartment itself is older and needs some restoration, but the accoutrements are great. Decorations are cute, and beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space, and the kitchen is pretty well stocked. The market is just downstairs along with many restaurants and cafes. The location is central for Paris. I also love the high tech way to check in and see the apartment info.

We were so happy with our apartment! It was situated in the perfect location...beautiful, safe and convenient! The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. While the street can be quite busy late into the evening, we never heard a sound. The management company was very helpful and proactive in communication. Fantastic experience!

Perfect location

Nice apartment with perfect location. Maybe more suited for a couple or pair, as the only shower is in the bedroom. Only negative would be that reservation inquiry was sent through VRBO but was sent out to other third party management company without my knowledge. Made the whole process very confusing and stressful for family traveling abroad for the first time.
