Unsafe Conditions
Durning the initial check out of the cabin as my wife was looking at the main floor bed rooms she tried to find the light swith in the last door on the left at the end of the hall
. As she tried to locate the switch she stepted into what she thought was a room and fell all the way down to the landing. She dislocated and broke her right shoulder. broke the middle finger on her right hand and saverly bruised her left hand and thumb. Her back was bruised and she was knocked unconcious, She was immediatly taken to the ER at The IHC hospital in Cedar City She has hence had surgery in Idaho Falls.
Owner was not totally honest with us. She advised us that we should not use the fire pit in that she stated that the fire danger was very high, which according to Forest Service warning signs and weater reports was false.
