Welcome to Duck Creek Village at 8500 ft! In winter, our cabins offer a serene escape, but preparation is key for a safe journey. Here`s what you need to know: Before you set off: 1. Get real-time road conditions and weather updates with Utah`s UDot app and Wunderground`s website (zip code 84762). 2. Plan your travel wisely and avoid winter storms. Once snow arrives: • Highway 14 may have snow, and our gravel roads will be snowy. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required, with chains recommended. • Snow removal is prioritized, but please keep in mind that we contract with snowplow companies who only plow after 6” or more of snow for driveways, and they will prioritize guests who check in or check out first, followed by groups who are mid stay. • Power outages are rare, but if they occur, contact management and we will provide an update on the situation promptly. Keep in mind: • Nighttime arrivals may find limited services, so plan accordingly. • While we`re a small village, we`re here to ensure your winter adventure is memorable and safe. For a stress-free getaway, call us ahead to tailor your trip to perfection! Your Host, Duck Creek Management

Beautiful cabin nestled next to a creek , great for sitting next to on the wrap around porch. Living space is spacious , kitchen stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans you need, plenty of room for five families with kids. The loft is awesome with all the beds for the kids. Great location to Duck Creek Village and Panguitch Lake. We had a great time.
Had a family reunion for 23 of us from age 4 to 79. It was such an amazing property! Listening to the creek was relaxing. Playing games on the large deck was fun. The kitchen was large enough we could be in there without crowding. And we all slept great! Couldn’t have selected a better location for the reunion.
This beautiful chalet sits in a gorgeous mountain area with river running on the backyard. It’s usually very difficult to find a house this big to accommodate our big crowd but this mansion had enough space to fit 22 of us! Separate rooms for boys and girls on third floor was a huge plus! Very convenient located between Zion & Bryce! Clean, fully stocked. Would be glad to be back if we are in the area.
The Cabin was gorgeous! Very well laid out family friendly.
We had a few complaints we would like to list, not terrible but noteworthy.
The wood floors were very dirty, we would take our shoes off and our socks would be brownbrow
As a family of 18 and of all ages, we found this property to be the perfect fit for us. Tue architecture was out of this world. Beautiful and efficient cabin house. There was enough space for teenage girls who want some privacy, all the parents who want to sit and visit, plenty of bedrooms for all (and very comfy and classy) and with 7 bathrooms, you never have to wait. The kitchen area was magnificent, large and roomy, with every utensil, pan, fryer grill(s) for you to cook an incredible breakfast or dinner. The roomy kitchen has plenty of room for all to sit and enjoy your families great cooking. The living room was comfy and spacious of which we took advantage of with some Saturday night karaoke. We had a blast. There’s a wonderful wrap around deck so there’s always shade to sit outside. The front area is also a great place to sit and visit. The fire pit was also fantastic and plenty of wood on site to use. Mammoth creek is beautiful and fun to fish and right in your back yard. Also Panguich lake is only 15 minutes away. Another fishing opportunity there. The VRBO hosts are very professional and have great communication so that everything was perfect! We fully enjoyed this rental. In fact, we’ve already discussed coming back next year. Thanks all!!
We had to wait about 45 minutes for the plow to get up to it but once we arrived everything was wonderful! The only thing the kitchen did not have was a wine corkscrew. The property was beautiful and clean. Great communication with property manager also! We would recommend this huge cabin.
