Great house. Very clean, super cozy and well provisioned. Everything I needed for an extended stay of 9 nights. The neighborhood is fine, not far to UC/Short Vine, OTR, etc. It has a large and well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I wish the parking situation was a bit better but I parked on the side street without issue. Would stay here again.

Very accommodating for our group with pets. Excellent with quick replying to questions including on Thanksgiving Day! Beds were great. Plenty of blankets for a large group. Heating units in top floor bedrooms definitely helped during the chilly Cincy winter.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the house. The house was decorated beautifully and there was every amenity we could ask for. The beds were all super comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We walked to the zoo for the Festival of Lights and overall had a wonderful stay.
