Have a lovely stay in our apartment located in the city center of Aubervilliers, on the 4th floor of a beautiful building which is a few meters from metro line 12. Direct access to Paris city's highlights..
Everything you need is just downstairs: metro line 12, rer B, supermarkets and amenities downstairs, Stade de France is only minutes away by walk...
The appartment is fully equiped with WiFi, and a smart TV with Netflix and Prime.
Perfect for visiting Paris or a business stay!
I myself live around 15' away, I grew up in Paris so I know the area very well and would be more than happy to show you around and give you tips for your stay!

Cheap reliable stay outside of Paris easy access to Metro

This place is perfect if you’re looking for something cheap just to spend the night and not spend much time in. The place is very close to Mairie d’Aubervilliers station on the Metro, which is 20-40 minutes away from most Paris sights. Communication was easy, though Felicie is new to VRBO so it was easier to text information than on the app.

Perfect for me!

The metro is literally across the street. Close to a grocery store and cafe and bakery. Very quiet for sleeping. The only challenge is that 4 story stair climb, if you are a female be sure you have help with your luggage if you packed heavy. I had help luckily but I think you can ask one of the locals to help you, they’re pretty friendly.

This was my first Verbo rental and I thought it would be my last. Just begin with the fact that the host gave us the wrong combination to the lock, so we spent 30 minutes guessing numbers until we finally had it open. The place was terrible, the floor was dirty, the bed was undone. The bed sheets were thrown inside a completely clumsy closet. There were wet towels left inside the washing machine. My wife and I spent about 4 hours cleaning and washing the bedsheets and towels to make the place barely acceptable. Don't need to say the host took forever to respond to my messages. The building itself is old and in bad shape. I could continue listing the issues, but wil take too long and I just want to forget the experience. The cherry on top, we had an early flight so we left the apartment at 5 am, to find the entire building was in the absolute darkness and we had to use our phones flashlights to go down the stairs (4 floors) and out to the street. Thanks God Paris was great and compensated most of the bad apartment experience. Also, we went to Rome after, to anther Verbo rental that was a lot cheaper and much, much, much better.

L'appartement est spacieux, magnifiquement décoré et équipé de toutes les commodités modernes pour assurer un séjour confortable et relaxant. Il est également très bien placé dans le centre-ville d'Aubervilliers. C'est idéal pour les voyageurs cherchant à vivre une expérience conviviale à un bon prix.
