When you select this Deer Valley Lakeside Estate property for your next getaway, you'll love all the features and amenities. Recently remodeled, it offers three levels, 2,753 square feet, four bedrooms and four and bathrooms. It can sleep up to 10 guests.

The living space:
On the main level, you'll find the living room, kitchen, dining area, 1/2 bath, and 2nd Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Shower — all with hardwood flooring for a wonderful look and feel.

Living Room: Mountain contemporary style furniture. You'll love the gas fireplace and large screen television, along with the private balcony.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wine fridge, dining area, open the sliding doors to a beautiful deck with gas grill.

Bedrooms:
2nd floor: Grand Master Suite- King bed, 55'' Smart TV, window bench seating, hardwood floors, high ceilings, full bathroom.
Main Floor: Master Bedroom 2- King bed, window bench seating, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with beautiful shower.
Ground level: Master Bedroom 3- King bed, smart TV. Private patio with sliding doors.

Hot tub/ Pool: Yes, year round hot tub/ heated pool. Pool is closed for off season (closed Mid April-Mid May & Mid Sept-Mid Nov). Hot tubs open year round. Pool and Hot tubs may be closed for occasional maintenance or issues during the season. We are not responsible for unexpected closures. No refunds will be granted for any closure that occurs during guests stay.

Free shuttle & Bus service: There is a free area-wide bus service from the entrance of the Lakeside townhomes that offers access to Upper Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, historic Main Street, Utah Olympic Park and shopping at Kimball Junction and the Park City Outlets.

We had a fantastic stay at this Deer Valley condo. The space was incredibly roomy and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain. The shuttle service was amazing and made getting around effortless; it was very easy to use and always convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything and ideal for skiing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Deer Valley.

Perfect location at base of Deer Valley! A 5 minute walk or hop on free shuttle which picks you up right in front of condo! Great views of runs at Snow Park Lodge from condo. Super spacious and cozy! We had 2 families (4 adults, 6 kids) and had plenty of space. Kitchen has all amenities needed to cook. Loved having a 2 car garage so we could both park inside and not have to clear snow off our cars. Beds were all super comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect condo for a family vacation

Two grandparents, four parents, and three children had a wonderful time at this condo. We are foodies, and the kitchen was great. The backyard was magical for our two grandsons, and the condo community pool was delightful. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our family.

The condo is accessed directly from Deer Valley Drive and is a short walk from Snow Park. The property manager and owners are very helpful and quick to respond to all questions and requests. The condo is comfortable, well appointed and has plenty of room for friends and family

All-around fantastic!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is spacious and well laid out (four of our group stayed here and four others who were staying a few doors down came for dinners and movies each evening and it fit us all nicely). Ali and Monte were friendly and responsive -- we got answers to inquiries almost instantly, they checked in mid-stay just to see how we were doing, and when we asked to check out a few hours late due to a medical circumstance, they were very accommodating. The only time one of our group got upset was when he discovered the foosball table upstairs when we were about to leave!.The location is terrific -- you can call a DV shuttle on the app and except for one day, it always arrived within 5 minutes in whichever direction we were going. We definitely hope to return here next year!

Deer Valley Delight

Clean/Well appointed condo with superior shuttle access to Deer Valley. Easily accommodated 2 families (8 people total). Responsive communication with Ali about any question that arose. Amazing Summer Getaway

We just finished a month stay and had an amazing experience. The home is well laid out with a kids bunk room downstairs, and then three additional king bedrooms, giving our family plenty of room for sleep, work and play over the month that we were there. The entire house was well equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. This home is perfectly located in Deer Valley - beautiful views of the mountains and a true retreat feel, but still close to the activity of Main Street. You have easy access to the community pool and hot tub, free bus line which we utilized often to explore all over Park City, and community ponds for fishing and paddleboarding. We also loved the Deer Valley Grocery and Cafe for breakfast, which is a 5 minute walk away. The owners were very responsive throughout the entire booking process as well as our stay, and we would definitely book here again if we return to Park City.

New Year's Holiday Ski Trip

We had 9 people stay here for a week over the 22/23 New Years Holiday and it was great. The house is nice and in good condition and has clearly been remodeled and updated. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space in the common living areas. The kids enjoyed the community pool and hot tub, the entrance to which is just a few houses away from this particular unit. The house is located along the Deer Valley complimentary ski shuttle route, which was very important to our group. We could come and go as we please and get dropped off at the base, mid-mountain or anywhere else within the service area. You download the "DV Direct" app on your phone and all transportation is free within the service area. So while this house is not ski in/out - being on the shuttle route makes it just as good as you won't need a car to get to/from your skiing. We only encountered one minor problem during our stay. The owners were very easy to contact and they responded immediately to resolve the issue for us! We would definitely stay here again and recommend the same for others booking a trip to Deer Valley.

Hiked up prices, not “luxury” accommodations

The location was excellent and convenient for getting to the slopes with a shuttle. The place is spacious and can accommodate a couple of families with kids. Those are the positives. We booked this stay a long time ago. I checked the rates that are being charged as of today. They are much more in line with what this place is. We were charged rates that are 4X the current rates. It is not a luxury rental and I feel we were completely overcharged for what this is. The pillows and beds are not comfortable at all. The bath towels provided were small and the kitchen didn’t have dish towels (a couple of wash cloths were provided). The communications were very threatening about damage, etc. We did a ton of work (including vacuuming) before we left to ensure we wouldn’t get charged any extras. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this one didn’t have any special touches.

Excellent for Family and Great Location

This 4-bedroom condo was an excellent choice for our family. The walk to Deer Valley is shorter than parking in lot 6! If you don’t want to walk, there’s free access to the Deer Valley shuttle which picks up at the front door and drops off at Snow Park lodge. This was especially useful on the first and last days of skiing, when it’s necessary to carry skis, poles & boots. For trips to historic main street, the bus stop is a very short distance away. While a garage is available, there’s no need for a personal vehicle once you arrive. The outside patio has a grill and a gas fire pit, which would be enjoyable when the weather cooperates. The photos displayed on the website are representative of the condo. Like many, perhaps all Lakeside properties, the master bedroom is on the upper level, a bedroom on the main (2nd level), and two bedrooms on the lower level with access to the garage. The main level has a well appointed living room, kitchen and dining area, with the convenience of a half bath. The fireplace is a combination gas and/or wood burning, which is easy to light and easy to use. It doesn’t use a finicky ignition box/thermocouple. I’ll put one of these in my next house. My only suggestion is the kitchen could use a cabinet for storing food, coffee, bagels, etc. This could be accomplished by unlocking the cabinet next to the stove. Other than this, we found this property to be excellent with very nice appliances and furnishings.

Great location but a few unfortunate Hiccups

The skiing was absolutely wonderful at Deer Valley and I highly recommend the resort for skiing. Pros: The townhouse was perfectly located with a shuttle service from your front door via an app. The townhouse was nicely appointed, and the beds were comfortable. You can watch the skiers from the dining room table. Cons: We had an issue with the heat in the townhome especially in the downstairs bedrooms where the children were sleeping. These bedrooms have their own thermostat and a radiant heat system. The kids bedroom never got warm. It always stayed around 66° during the day and at night would fall down to 64°. The owners tried to remedy this by downloading an app which didn’t resolve the problem. Also, they suggested closing the door but our kids didn't feel comfortable doing that. The heat control on the first floor for the rest of the townhome is also on an app system and is controlled by the owners. There were limits to how you could adjust the heat. When we arrived, the showers were all lukewarm. We alerted the owners and remedied this by raising the hot water temp in the garage. Bottom line, when you are paying close to two grand a night, you don’t want issues with heat or hot water. On Sunday check out was an early 10 AM. They were kind enough to extend it for one hour as they said, they had a quick turnaround. Like they say in real estate, location, location, location, and that is exactly what this townhome has going for it.

The location is hard to beat. Can walk home from lifts. Three levels offer plenty of space to escape. Property has been updated and also has several staples like spices and shampoos. The purple mattress was great. Owners were very prompt with communication.

Loved Deer Valley and this condo. The shuttle is so quick/easy and just like a ski in/ski out with the complimentary ski valet. Ali's place was great, so much space and fully stocked. The washer and dryer was key. Short easy walk to the pool and hot tub, which the kids loved. Easy drive or bus ride to downtown Park City and grocery shopping. Great communication! Would definitely stay here again!!
