Terrace, sea view &parking in an upscale residence

Enjoy your stay in this perfect vacation spot, featuring the following floor plan:

- On the outside, the “piece de resistance”, a.k.a the terrace, which is the ideal spot for any time of the day, from breakfast to lunch, to cocktail, to diner and to nightcap. All this, with a view of the sea in the background and the city in the foreground: all-day entertainment, just for you.

- Inside, a beautiful air-conditioned living room, with large bay windows opening to the terrace (with breathtaking views). This main room offers a lounge space with a cozy/comfy sofa and a coffee table (for coffee or cocktails), perfect for relaxing while watching your favorite show on the smart TV. Then when dinner is ready, you can sit in the dining area, at the table with room for 4.

- A separate kitchen, well-equipped with everything you will need (including a dual conventional/microwave oven) to create culinary masterpieces, or just to brew great coffee in the trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

- The first bedroom suite, with a double bed, a large closet and a private shower room just for you. As the icing on the cake, you have direst access to the terrace, for breakfast in the sun right out of bed.

- The second bedroom, with a double bed as well and access to the apartment back terrace. Please note that this bedroom does not have air conditioning, but a fan is at your disposal.

- A separate bathroom with tub and double sink vanity.

- Additional separate toilets complete the floor plan.

**IMPORTANT**

Day or night parties are strictly prohibited: this is a very quiet residential property and any noise disturbance will be reported by the residents.
Pets are not allowed, expect for very small size and only upon prior approval. Please ASK FIRST.
Smokers are invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

A map of the city, transportation schedules, and a guide of the must-see (and must-not-see) places are provided.

A care pack is included upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

**SOME GEOGRAPHY, TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND:**

After a few steps down the street, the Avenue Isola Bella, you'll be able to pick your favorite activity, such as (among many others):

- Get a taste of the “village” ambiance of the quaint Montfleury district while shopping in the cute neighborly boutiques: flower shop, wine outlet, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store....) less than two minutes away on foot.

- Head for the center of Cannes and its activities, via the famous Rue d’Antibes (7 minutes on foot, or way more if you crawl or walk on your hands)

- Take a leisurely stroll along the no-less-famous Croisette seafront, and go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats (or just relax at the Long Beach terrace, in front of a cocktail). About 13 minutes to get there.

- Go take selfies on the steps of the Palais des Festivals, like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that). 15 minutes on foot.

- For the bravest (and those with the best legs), use your imagination to explore the whole center of town, but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets (you might end up where you started). Time is up to you, and your legs.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you in any way during your stay.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for arrivals outside our office business hours (please check with us as our regular business hours vary depending on the season). Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
