Un sĂ©jour moyen surtout les premiĂšres semaines Vs arrivez personne pour vous recevoir, accĂšs Ă  un boĂźtier de clĂ© Ă  trouver derriĂšre un muret(une chasse au trĂ©sor) Un portail dĂ©corĂ© de fiantes d’oiseau Pas de prĂ©sent de bienvenue ! Entre les photos sur l’annonce et la rĂ©alitĂ© il y a une diffĂ©rence (photos d’origines de la loc dans un Ă©tat neuf ou rĂ©novĂ©e limite trompeuses)44 nuitĂ©es vous devez assurer le nettoyage des draps et des serviettes de bain (lamentable) Bref ! Concernant la caution Ă  ce jour aucune nouvelle.Par contre , je dois reconnaĂźtre la rĂ©activitĂ© de l’agence Je reste Ă  votre disposition pour plus d’informations J’ai conservĂ© des photos Cordialement

Logement, jardin : trÚs bien Emplacement de la location trÚs appréciable non loin de la plage et des commerces. Un peu plus de vaisselle (verre, tasse à café etc ....)

Un séjour séjour réussi

Les relations avec l’équipe, leur Ă©coute, leur disponibilitĂ© pour rendre le sĂ©jour agrĂ©able en cas de problĂšme. C’est un vrai plus pour le locataire. La proximitĂ© des commoditĂ©s plages , commerces. Le manque de qq ustensiles de cuisine, on a achetĂ© un plat de service, (pas la ruine..) La propretĂ© de quelques matĂ©riel dont l’aspirateur et les taches sur le matelas . Ça dĂ©note car la maison est propre. Le personnel de nettoyage aurait du informer A.S. des problĂšmes et permettre de pouvoir les rĂ©soudre avant notre arrivĂ©e.
