Discover this pleasant 4-star furnished holiday duplex apartment, located in L'Hermitage les Bains on the island of La Réunion.
With 4 bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people, it enjoys a lovely view of the island's highlands.
Also featuring 2 large varandas, and a covered terrace decorated with a giant fresco by Yann LE GALL.
Ideally located less than 5 minutes' walk from the beach, you will be able to marvel at the underwater richness of one of the island's most beautiful lagoons.
Shops, restaurants and services are located near the accommodation.
Located on the upper floor of a fully renovated 90s house, special care has been taken with the decoration so that you can feel at home.
The Kaz Lao was designed to bring you maximum comfort during your stay:
Enjoy its two large verandas and the fitted covered terrace.
- The front one (sea side), extending from the kitchen, offers an outdoor dining space.
A barbecue is available for you to share convivial moments with your family and friends.
- The rear one (mountain side), extending from the living area, offers a lovely view of the island's heights.
An English billiards table is provided for enjoyable games.
- A third covered terrace offers an outdoor lounge area for you to relax while enjoying a Creole-flavoured aperitif.
On the 1st floor are:
- a day area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and office space.
- a separate night area with 2 bedrooms equipped with Queen Size beds in 160 and a dressing room
- a bathroom with an Italian shower (plant decor) and a separate WC
At the 2nd level are:
- a large bedroom with a Queen Size bed in 160, wardrobe and baby bed
- a spare room with 2 single beds in 90 and storage (intended for children)
- a large relaxation area (cinema room, library, games room...) with a comfortable additional sleeping space for 2 (sofa bed in 160)
- a 2nd office space, a 2nd bathroom with massage jet shower and a 2nd separate WC
All the rooms as well as the relaxation / cinema room are air-conditioned.
The living room and dining room, for their part, have ceiling fans.
BEFORE VALIDATING YOUR BOOKING:
Please note that this is an upper floor of a villa and that people occupy the ground floor of the house.
The entrance, terraces, and accommodation remain entirely independent and are not shared with other people.
For your privacy and comfort, they are entirely reserved for you. Only access to the ground floor parking remains shared.
This accommodation is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
Please also note that the accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people at maximum.
Any organisation of parties, guest receptions or events is strictly prohibited.
Professional photo reports and video shoots possible only under conditions.

Animals not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, retentions will automatically be applied to the deposit.
For the security deposit, we use the Swikly service, an extra-secure solution, which simply allows you to deposit your deposit online, by bank card imprint, without debit or impact on your limit.
To note finally the presence of a road passing nearby which may cause some nuisances.
The traffic mainly takes place during the day and significantly decreases at night, thus reducing night-time disturbances.
A parking space is available for your vehicle. A visitor car park also offers a few spaces nearby.
Upon request and free of charge, we can provide a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath (subject to availability).
