The property is popular due to the view from the property of the garden and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn, sun umbrella, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing.

Balatonföldvár. The holiday apartment is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house has BAL FOL 142 (Lower apartment for 6 people) and BAL FOL 143 (Upper apartment for 9 people). We are primarily looking for families with small children. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to the end of September, diameter 4.5 m, 1.2 m deep).
