The moment we walked into this beautiful home, we knew we made the right choice. The views out the back windows were post card worthy. It was a tri level home, which was perfect since we were traveling with our son and daughter in law. They took the downstairs and we had the upstairs with the main level for the family. The kitchen was well appointed although we mostly ate out. I’m not sure if the house had air conditioning since the upstairs was a little warm, but we were there when they have a usually warm week. But this didn’t deter us from enjoying our stay. There was a great hot tub, but due to the warm weather, we only used it once. We did cook out on the grill and everything was supplied for us. We enjoyed sitting out on the huge deck. Nothing like listening to an audiobook while enjoying the amazing views. The host was lovely and communicated well with us. I hope all of our future VRBO rentals are this fantastic!

Sehr schönes, modernes und neuwertiges Chalet ca. 1,5 km oberhalb vom Zentrum von Nendaz. Wir haben eine Woche mit acht Personen im Haus verbracht und waren sehr angetan von der guten und hochwertigen Ausstattung und der überwältigenden Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Wir waren erfreut, dass es sowohl ein Raclette-Gerät sowie einen Fondue-Topf gab. In einem Zweibettzimmer war lediglich etwas unpraktisch, dass es keinen Kleiderschrank oder ähnliches gab, sodass unsere Kinder ihre Kleider in ihren Koffern lassen mussten. Das Haus ist etwas versteckt von der Straße gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die gegenüberlegende Bergkette der Walliser Alpen. 3 min vom Haus entfernt fährt ca. alle 20 min der Skibus ab, der jedoch auf dem Rückweg nur bis 17:30 Uhr fährt. Wir sind ein paar Mal zu Fuß aus dem Ort zum Haus gelaufen, was in ca. 30 min gut machbar ist.

Magnifique séjour de ski

Le chalet est superbe! Très bien équipé. Grandes chambres avec une chouette chambre à jeux/ télévision pour les enfants. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Excellent accueil. Tout est positifs. Il faut juste rouler 5 min en voiture pour arriver au pistes de ski. Excellente adresse!

We started the construction project in Nendaz somewhat by chance 15 years ago. We built and then sold the first chalets so we could finally keep one. It was an adventure we loved. We are proud of this latest project, which we enjoy sharing with our guests.
The chalet was designed to welcome guests in comfortable and beautiful spaces. For us, the mountains are about getting together with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We love this place, its tranquility, the proximity to the forest, and the wildlife. In winter, we like to park our car and take advantage of the bus stop, which is very close by.

A high-quality, modern building constructed with local companies, this welcoming and warm chalet offers great comfort and generous living spaces. We love this place; we enjoy renting it out as much as staying in it ourselves. Since we spend a lot of time here, we are constantly improving it.
