Elegant apartment with pool and equipped garden for shared use, located in a historic villa about 10 minutes walk from the first beaches of the magnificent town of Rapallo on the Gulf of Tigullio and a few minutes drive from Santa Margherita Ligure and the famous Portofino. If you want to take home unforgettable memories of your vacation, this is certainly the perfect destination for you: from here you can easily reach countless corners of Liguria that will impress you with their natural beauty. Genoa, with its historical center and the largest aquarium in Europe, is only 30 km away. For trekking lovers there are many hiking trails that start in the immediate vicinity, and for golf and tennis lovers there is a renowned club. The apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) and extends over two levels (mezzanine with double bed, max height 2 m). Small furnished balcony. You can easily reach the enchanting landscapes of the Cinque Terre villages by car, train or ferry (marina about 700 m from the accommodation). In the same house there are accommodations ILL259-260-264-265-267-300-398-793 and an apartment occupied by the owner of the house. Check-in is possible only from 16:00 to 18:00.

Con la mia famiglia ho trascorso 6 notti in questo appartamento. È esattamente come in fotografia. Le mie figlie si sono divertite a dormire nella camera sul soppalco. Io e mio marito abbiamo utilizzato la camera matrimoniale al piano. Bellissima la vista dalla finestra e dallo spazio esterno (piccolo) riservato all’appartamento. Pulizia e ordine nella norma. Presente anche asse e ferro da stiro, lavatrice e microonde. Il proprietario e la figlia cordiali e disponibili. Ottima la posizione, in zona tranquilla ma comunque ottima per raggiungere il lungomare e il centro storico.
