Beautifully located among moss-draped live oaks and magnolias on what has been called 'one of the most beautiful streets in America,' this garden-level apartment brings a unique and modern sense of style to the heart of Savannah's Historic District.

You'll find this apartment on the garden level of a classic, brick-and-stucco home that dates back to 1854. The industrial-chic interior pays homage to that history and carries it into the modern era with beautiful brick walls, exposed ducts, stone floors, antique and modern furnishings, and counters, mantels, and a staircase made of steel. Step into the living room to find a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a bistro table where you can sit down for a snack or set up your laptop to log onto the WiFi. The sleek kitchenette is just beyond, offering a minifridge, an extra-large toaster oven, a microwave, and anything else you might need to prepare appetizers or leftovers from last night's dinner out. In the evenings, you'll find the sleeping accommodations in three separate spaces - the front bedroom, the living room, and the nook beneath the stairs.

Cute garden apartment, great location
Very clean, nicely decorated apartment in a great location. Walking distance to much of Savannah on a nice quiet street. Could use some soundproofing as any movement from the upstairs neighbors was quite loud but fortunately they weren't home much.

Great Place!
It was a beautiful, cozy place. Everything was better than expected. The location was perfect and we really appreciated having a nice entryway to park our bikes and kick off our dirty shoes. The decor was beautiful too. Thanks!

Cute little cottage feel
The property was amazing, the pictures are accurate. The only complaint was the bathroom area. The shower leaked water everywhere and some drywall needed to be repaired and re painted. These issues however did not really affect our stay and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others! An ice maker would have been a nice touch
