The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1996, was renovated in 2021, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively environment, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the lake and the sunny location by the water. In the neighborhood, there is a wellness hotel where you can order various massages and other services. Zamárdi Adventure Park is also in the town. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking in a parking lot in the town (distance 40 m).
