The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, was renovated in 2025, and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and secluded location on the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Zamárdi. The holiday flat is located on an 80 m² open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
