Second bedroom has a king sized bed and living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. Direct river access with two neighboring tubing outfitters this great condo is just a couple blocks off the downtown square.

Great Weekend

The condo is in a perfect location, it was very comfortable for 7 adults, and has direct access to the comal. Right next to Texas tubes and landa tubes. Looking forward to returning soon!

Perfect condo and location!

Highly recommend this condo. Has view of the Comal River. Has great parking. Convenient location to the elevators and ease of being on 1st floor, above parking garage. Super clean and has all you need! Excellent communication with owner. Nice big pool. Property and grounds are well kept and nice for grilling or sitting out by the river. We use LRT, Landa River Tubes to float. They are right across the street, which makes it so easy! They are great and you get the longest float with them.
