We stayed in the complex years ago and love the location. Yu can walk out the back door and the river is right there to float or just sit in a chair and enjoy the water.

The privacy we had was great! My son and I enjoyed early morning and evening fishing, tons of fish were caught! The view from our room was beautiful and our property rental was spacious enough for all of us! The property manager even came down to meet us, which we loved! Walking distance to schlitterbauhn and Texas tubes! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Condo on the Comal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at the condo! The Comal River had flooded so we headed to Schlitterbahn for the first two days. By day three the river had gone down to safe level to float. There is a great 20 minute run from the condo grounds, through a chute and exit to the right. One block walk back to the condo. We did it 4-5 times and kids never got tired. The condo was clean and efficient. Well-decorated and appointed with kitchen utensils. The BBQ grills along the river were nice. Bring your own charcoal, scraper and grilling utensils. Safe, gated, and wristbands were required so as to keep the property to tenants and renters.Property managers and rental agency was easy to work with.

The towel rack in the second bathroom fell off the wall, four clocks in the living area but none were set or working, not clean in terms of dust buildup on and around baseboards, no place to put luggage. Simple things that make the difference between a very nice rental and an ok rental.

We were able to start the float trip and stop at our property about an hour into the float. Perfect to re up on snacks and drinks. After the float trip we were able to relax right on the river. Amazing location, property and people. The office where we picked up the codes and bracelets was staffed by the most friendly people. We can’t wait to go back. What an amazing time. If you’re considering this place to stay, go for it! You will not be disappointed but amazed.
