Incredible Beach House & awesome Owner

The owners attention to details in the construction of this brand new home were perfect in every way! The location to the beach within walking and just so close to PCH noise was NOT an issue at all. The ocean views & sunsets from the house made the stay even more beautiful. The owners was a quick response and very thoughtful in every way to accommodate us as the dryer wasn’t drying and immediately she sent someone! She had beautiful outdoor umbrellas delivered during our stay. The home was quiet, immaculate, beautiful and great energy! The surrounding neighborhood called “the village” one of the most prominent areas in Laguna Beach! We will return and you should book this house as it will be a special trip that will create wonderful memories!

The Laguna Beach oceanfront downtown is unmatched and is a great place to walk around or have a meal with friends. My favorite things to do in Laguna Beach is swim at Woods Cove Beach and eat at my favorite lunch spots, Banzi Bowl and Active Culture.

Why they chose this property

When I first toured the property I feel in love immediately. When searching for a rental I knew I wanted it to be centrally located to downtown, steps from the beach, modern and spacious with outdoor amenities to be able to enjoy the year-round gorgeous weather. This home ticks all the boxes, giving you a 5-star resort vacation feel with all the perks of a large luxury home. This home is my favorite place to be and I am so excited to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

This brand new sprawling home stands out in the crowd with its features and amenities, such as its oversized tri-fold doors for indoor/ outdoor living in the great room, state of the art appliances throughout, outdoor shower, dedicated laundry/ mud room and its 3 large bedrooms all with custom walk in closets, en-suite bathrooms, and beautiful french doors that open up to private outdoor space. The views will blow you away from all levels of the home.
