The award winning Mashpee Commons upscale shopping center with its top notch restaurants are only minutes away. Easy access to beaches on Cape Cod Bay (7 miles), Atlantic (10 miles), and Buzzards Bay (15 miles). Centrally located between Hyannis and Falmouth making it convenient to the Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard ferry terminals and entertainment.
