This house was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The front screen door needs fixed and a few other small maintenance items. The only reason I noticed them is because I retired from property management I loved how close it was to several restaurants, the beach and the brewery. All within walking distance. I would definitely rent here again.

Great location and a lovely vacation home. It was the perfect size for 5 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the nice local beach, Treehouse Brewery, some nice restaurants, and the canal bike trail. It was also a quick drive to several hikes and kayaking excursions in the marshes. We had a great few days and hated to see it come to an end. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed during Labor Day week. The house is a bright open split level which offers great rooms to gather with family and friends. Very comfortable, relaxing and plenty of room for family. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance in the Town Neck area. Linda was great and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.
