This modern holiday home is situated on a beautiful dune plot a short distance from the beach.



Your holiday home is a well-equipped, optimally laid out and beautiful holiday home with space for a large family. It was designed by an architect and has many exciting details. It has four good bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has both a whirlpool and a sauna. The beautiful kitchen with dining area is connected to a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove.



From the kitchen you have access to a morning terrace, and from the living room you have access to a terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.



Spend your holiday enjoying the water, as the beach is not far away. You can pack your fishing equipment and swimming gear with peace of mind and plan numerous fishing trips and refreshing swimming breaks into your daily routine. Sit on the beach in the evening and enjoy a breathtaking sunset while experiencing the biodiversity of the Wadden Sea. Fanø also offers well-preserved historic houses, which can be found in Rindby, Nordby and Sønderho.

Idyllische Lage

Sehr gut gelegendes, idyllisches Ferienhaus. Zwar nicht direkt an der Wasserkante, aber zwischen Nordby und Rindby gelegen. Sehr gut Ausstattung des Hauses. Viel Platz, vorallem gefällt, dass Wohnzimmer und Küche die Schlafräume und Badezimmer aufteilt, so dass 2 Flügel entstehen. Zwei vollwertige Badezimmer! Einziger Punktabzug: bei Sauberkeit, zwei Kissen hatten große Flecken, in der Küche waren manche Schubladen und Schränke nicht so sauber. Auch müsste an manchen Ecken des Hauses was gemacht werden. Fenster bleiben nicht offen stehen, sodass immer etwas zwischen geklemmt werden musste. Hier und da sieht man eben dem Haus sein alter an. Die Schaukel ist auch nicht mehr so vertrauenserweckend. Insgesamt: gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
