In die Jahre gekommen - im Großen und Ganzen ok
Ein deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus, welches dringend einige Schönheitsreperaturen benötigt. Die Terasse ist als solche nicht schön, der Grill defekt und das Schlafzimmer roch sehr muffig. Hier wäre eine Wäsche der Bettdecken und Kissen mehr als dringend angezeigt. Ansonsten sauber. Küche gut nutzbar und ebenfalls sauber, Fach für den Tab im Geschirrspüler allerdings defekt. Sehr schnelle Internetverbindung, Fersehempfang ebenfalls gut.Die "Badewanne" im Bad wirkt wenig vetrauenerweckend (verfärbt).
Das Grundstück besteht aus viel Sand mit etwas Gras.
Grund für eine insgesamt gute Bewertung ist das bei rund 350,- Euro / Woche sehr gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

A clearly aging vacation home, which basically urgently needs some beauty repairs. The terrace is not nice as such, the grill is defective and the bedroom smelled very musty. Here, a wash of the comforters and pillows would be more than urgently indicated. Otherwise clean. Kitchen well usable and also clean, compartment for the tab in the dishwasher, however, defective.
Very fast internet connection, TV reception also good. The "bathtub" in the bathroom seems little confidence inspiring (discolored) and seems not really connected; we have waived a test.
The property consists of a lot of sand with some grass - as a splash of color would be alone the pheasant regularly appearing there.
The reason for an overall good rating is the very good price-performance ratio at around 350 euros / week.
