About this property

La maison Berry

Just 5 minutes from the center of Vouvray, this house was completely renovated in June 2023, with all the equipment necessary for your comfort. We welcome you to this large, bright house opening onto a vast garden. You'll appreciate the quality of materials used and its tasteful decoration as well as its location - a charming wine-growing village in a central position for visiting the chateaux of the Loire Valley.
Ideal for a family stay.
Not suitable for festive events.

This house is an old farmhouse dating from the 16th and 17th centuries, which has been completely refurbished in the spirit of a vacation home.
We offer this family home for rent in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events.

The house has 5 bedrooms up to 10 peoples.
The first floor is compsed of :
- Entrance with checkroom
- Fully-equipped kitchen: 6-burner hob with 2 ovens and warming plates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machines (filter and espresso), fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, essentials...
- Utility room (extra fridge, combined washer/dryer)
- Living room with wood-burning stove (installation imminent)
- 2 bedrooms with Queen-size double beds (160x200)
- Separate WC
- 1 monumental bathroom (air-conditioned) installed in a former dovecote

On the second floor, you'll find :
- 1 relaxation area with TV
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200)
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 140x190 bed
- 1 shower room
- 1 separate WC
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 140x190 bed and private shower room

Outside :
- 1 large garden with dining area, garden furniture, plancha grill
- 1 courtyard with parking for several vehicles

The entire property is at your disposal. A courtyard allows you to park your vehicles inside the property.
The commune of Vouvray is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central point for visiting the Loire châteaux and vineyards. The first châteaux are 15 minutes away.

The price includes sheets and beds made up on arrival, towels and cleaning on departure.
A small grocery store and hygiene and cleaning products are available to start your stay.

Parfait!

Tout était parfait. La maison est très jolie, très bien aménagée et très bien équipée. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la literie de très bonne qualité. L'endroit est charmant et est très calme. Nous avons apprécié que les lits soient faits et que le linge de toilette soit fourni. IL y a également à disposition un certain nombre de produits (épicerie, produits lave vaisselle, lessive), de quoi bien démarrer le séjour!

Très bien

Une superbe maison, tres bien équipée et dans un hameau calme. Bien située pour faire quelques châteaux et quelques visites de caves. Chambres tres spacieuses, 1 salle de bain au rdc et 2 autres à l'étage . Extérieur top, trampoline apprécié par les enfants durant le séjour. Nous reviendrons.

La maison de halle et de richard :)

Belle bâtisse très bien rénovée il y a peu, endroit magnifique, calme absolu, proche des vignes, bonne repartition des pièces, jardin entretenu. La clim dans les chambre est tres appréciable à l étage en période de chaleur. La maison étant encore en rodage, il reste quelques éléments mineurs à améliorer.
