Located next to the exhibition centre and the Dôme de Paris, all public transport within a 5-minute walk (Metro line 12; Bus 39 80 126 and 189; Tramway T2 and T3) provides easy access to all areas of Paris and tourist sites. 500 m from the Paris-Sud Arena.
The residence is secure (2 access codes to enter as well as an intercom) and the door of the apartment is armored with Fichet keys (charged 350€ in case of loss).

3 bedrooms (6 adults, in the 3rd bedroom possibility of having 2 single beds or 1 double bed) with storage, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (Balneotherapy bath), 2 toilets, 1 equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, cookeo, thermomix, kettle, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee machines)
All bedrooms are equipped with storage (chest of drawers, wardrobe/wardrobe, fitted wardrobe,...).
The bathroom is equipped with a magnifying mirror.
A large living room with TV equipped with an internet box and all the TNT and Canal+ channels (possibility to connect with your personal account on the different platforms: Canal, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+,...).
A sunny terrace overlooking the garden with the possibility of lunch. 2 parking spaces in the basement secured by beeper and keys and video surveillance cameras.
Provision of an exercise bike as well as a vibrating platform for fitness.
The apartment is compatible for the reception of people with reduced mobility (possibility of adding accommodation at the request of travellers).
Traveller access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment except for the host's dressing room which is condemned.
Other remarks
As specified in the house rules, late arrivals and departures incur an additional cost (see house rules).
Departures and arrivals can only be made in the presence of the host who will hand over the keys and collect them.
