On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). On the ground floor there is a wood stove The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a 10 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered terrace with porch swing. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchenette with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Upper floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the 10 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Shipments in German and Hungarian.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday house is located on a 540 sqm closed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
