It is suitable for up to 4 people.<br><br>It includes:<br>- A living room (sofa bed for 2 people)<br>- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc.)<br>- Bedroom 1: queen size bed (2pers)<br>- Bathroom: bath, sink, washing machine <br>- Separate toilet<br><br>+ A balcony accessible from the living room<br><br>Also included, at no extra charge:<br>- 1 secure parking space in the basement of the residence, direct access by lift (Attention, max height 1m95)<br>- Free Wi-Fi connection in the apartment<br>- Bed linen and towels included for 4 people<br>- Available on site for baby: cot + high chair<br><br>PLEASE NOTE:<br>We do not supply coffee capsules, but you can find them at the Auchan supermarket located a few metres away, in the Val d'Europe shopping centre.<br><br>THE DISTRICT:<br>Located in a brand new area of Serris, in a quiet environment while being close to amenities.<br><br>You will appreciate its ideal location less than 10 minutes walk from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine et Marne, "Val d'Europe" with its many shops, the SeaLife Aquarium and the Auchan supermarket.<br>You will also find "la Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet".<br><br>DISNEYLAND PARIS Park: 10 min by bus (n°47).
