Palavas Right Bank: Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people located on the 3rd floor with elevator, directly on the beach with magnificent sea views, right on the waterfront, everything nearby, the village center is a 5-minute walk away, south/north exposure, a beautiful terrace and a rear balcony, ideal for a beachside stay. It features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, a beautiful living room with a TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen area is equipped with an electric stove and oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave. You will also have a bathroom and separate toilet. A large terrace with sea views is available for dining, and a balcony at the rear of the apartment. There is no private parking.

Difficile de faire mieux en termes d'emplacement, entre le balcon vue mer, la plage au pied de l'immeuble, les commerces à moins de 200m, et le centre à 500m à peine. Le marché du vendredi matin est même à 50m, au coin de la rue! Tout se fait à pied très facilement. L'appartement est spacieux, traversant (donc on a toujours un peu d'air), globalement bien équipé et avec une bonne literie. L'immeuble est de qualité, avec ascenseur. Ce logement est idéal pour être à l'aise à 4 personnes.
Suggestion pour l'hôte: la pièce à vivre est tellement spacieuse qu'on pourrait facilement y mettre un petit bureau sans que ça gêne ; si vous ajoutez une box internet haut débit alors ça pourrait intéresser la clientèle "nomade numérique", notamment en avant ou après-saison.
