Bring your family or friends down for a great week on the beach at a fantastic price! Island Princess beachfront resort is the perfect place for your ideal vacation!
Our pool view unit offers 1300 square feet, freshly painted, three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the convenient first floor with direct pool and beach access. No elevators! No streets to cross. We have a free assigned parking spot steps from the front door and free general parking on the second level. There is a huge fenced patio and private gate with room to observe the kids swimming, while you enjoy a meal or lounging by the pool. Our pool is heated seasonally and has a hot tub. Island Princess has FREE daily beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) from March 1st-October 31st for guest use. Extra sets are available to rent from the beach attendants.
A small cooler is provided for your use to take snacks to the beach. Enjoy the sugar white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island with some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see!
Inside, the unit has been updated with new beds, flooring, stainless appliances, blackout draperies, paint, countertops, cabinets and new linens. There are king beds in two of the bedrooms and a set of twin beds in the third, along with a sleeper sofa. You can sleep six adults and two SMALL children comfortably. The three full bathrooms have shower/tub combination and adjoin each bedroom. Each bedroom has a television and there’s a washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully remodeled with all new cabinets, countertops and well stocked for cooking with brand new stainless appliances. We include both Keurig and regular coffee makers. The dining table seats six, and extra seating at the large breakfast bar. We provide starter supplies of paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, bar soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.
There is an exercise room on the property and a grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills. Due to severe allergies, there are no pets of any kind allowed! Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the patio or in the unit. Exceeding the number of adults is against house rules. We do not rent to persons under twenty five unless accompanied by parents. Island Princess is only 20 minutes from the Destin/Ft. Walton airport (VPS), and only 7 miles from downtown Destin. There are many excellent restaurants, shopping and family friendly places to visit in the area. We hope you choose us for your vacation!

Fantastic property!! Being on the beach in 30 seconds was amazing. We loved the ground level condo and reserved parking spot steps from the front door. Communication was top notch, especially when we had an issue with someone parking on our spot. Communication was prompt and attention was paid to ensure issue was resolved. 110 Island Princess

Location was perfect for us! Manager was very accommodating so we could drop off luggage to pick up our family from airport! Condo is beautiful and we really enjoyed it! The gas grills were all new and that area was very clean, we used to them twice! The reasons we gave 4 stars it was not very clean we had to sweep and clean the patio the bathrooms still had hair and sand from previous guests also the towels were old and not absorbent. We would definitely stay there again but I would bring my own linens next time.

Wonderful location. The place was clean. Easy access to pool and ocean. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Had a small problem with one of the TV'S however the manager was right on it and it was fixed within minutes. Would love to rent again, unfortunately it has been rented for next year already.

Highly recommend!

My family of 4 were in town for the week for a softball World Series. We had several of the families staying at the same complex. While I really missed waking up to the view of the ocean out of my window every morning it was extremely convenient to have the ground level floor with the big private patio. With having a lot of kiddos in and out of the pool, it was nice to be able to watch them from the comfort of our own chairs. The condo was nice and clean when we arrived and everything was just as described. The ONLY thing I would say to anyone in the future (and this has nothing to do with the owners or the room) but if you want to get in on those free beach chairs, you will need to either pay the $15 daily rate if you want front row (it was pretty much impossible to get front front because they were all paid for and reserved for the week) or get out there early like 7am as soon as they start setting up and throw your towels on the empty chairs. I know the listing says 9am but if you wait until then you’re not going to get any chairs unless you just get lucky. We had our own chairs we brought so it wasn’t a big deal, just wanted to mention that. We had a few issues with others parking in our parking space and the communication with the owner was outstanding in getting that handled. If we ever come back to the area we would definitely stay here again.

One of the best condos at Island Princess

Great 1st floor condo; Fort Walton Beach

Stayed a week at this condo with family. Descriptions of condo were all accurate. This is a very nice updated condo in a nice complex; first floor and beachfront. All bedrooms had access to their own bathrooms. Was good having the 2 king beds and twins in the 3rd bedroom. The patio was very spacious and convenient to the pool and the beach access. Condo has a private gate from the patio to the pool area. The beach in this area is clean and well maintained. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. Convenient to Publix and restaurants. Owner was very responsive with communications. Would definitely stay here again.

Manager was excellent to work with. Booked it online and everything that was needed to enter the property and the condo was given on time as explained when we booked. Air conditioning went out shortly after we arrived but the manager got right on it and had someone there and got it going within 4 hours. Manager then scheduled a time for measurements for new unit install after our stay. Unit could have been cleaner especially in the bathroom floors. Enjoyed our stay

Wonderful Vacation
